Thank you for enrolling in the Feminine Flip Formula program provided by Vetra Management LLC.

Because this is a digital education and mentorship program, all sales are final except as outlined below.

Core Program – 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The Core Program includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must complete Week One in full.

• You must submit a written refund request within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase

date.

If approved, access to the program will be revoked and a refund will be issued.

Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days will not be honored.

Private Mentorship – Non-Refundable

All Private Mentorship services, including 1:1 coaching and personalized strategy sessions, are

non-refundable due to immediate allocation of time and customization.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full program price.

All installment payments must be completed as agreed at checkout.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in revoked access and collection of outstanding

balances.

Third-Party Financing

If you use Klarna, Afterpay, or another financing provider, you are entering into a separate agreement

with that provider.

Financing obligations remain in effect regardless of this Refund Policy.
